- Account Information: Name, email address, organizational affiliation, and multi-factor authentication credentials.
- Operational Intelligence Data: Stakeholder mapping, communication logs, field intelligence, and policy documents inputted by our users.
- System Telemetry: Anonymized interaction logs and access timestamps necessary for zero-trust security auditing (SOC 2 Type II compliance).
3. Data Sovereignty and Processing
We recognize the sensitive nature of governance and policy data. Subject to applicable laws, including but not limited to the Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (DPDPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), user-generated intelligence data is encrypted end-to-end (AES-256) both in transit and at rest.

Agora does not sell, rent, or monetize your data. Information is only shared with trusted sub-processors necessary for service delivery, all of whom are contractually bound to stringent confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by a valid legal subpoena under Delaware or federal law, subject to immediate notification to the affected customer (unless legally prohibited).
